I have owned three G's. A 1982 300GD, and two 1983 300GDs a 5 door and a 3 door which I currently drive. The 82 model I purchased on a trip to Pakistan and spent four months traveling through different regions in the himalayas and believe me I would not have made it if it was not for my G. It is definatly made to go any where..

it's a good site to get information and to get in contact with other G owners. I hope you will continu to add the site with more technical information thanks for now great herwin
